Debbie is the owner and founder of the Permanent Makeup Clinic with 15 years experience. Jessica (Debbie's assistant) has 10 years experience within the beauty industry and 3 years Permanent Makeup experience. Both Debbie and Jessica are elite artists with extensive training.  All prices include a top-up within 8 weeks of your initial treatment.
